About Roslyn Williams

If inspiration is the fuel of human existence, my purpose as a coach and facilitator is to help people unlock their potential, expect more of themselves as leaders and believe in their own greatness. Service, generosity and learning are core values for me. I offer one on one and group coaching, social learning, structured conversations, feedback and reflection. My aim is to assist you to cultivate your best integrated self – a coherent mind, connectedness and empathy, courage, hope and possibility.

 

We work together to discover your story and your purpose and what is the optimal state and functioning for you to achieve this. My approach is strength based and underpinned by systems thinking, appreciative enquiry, the power of reflection and neuroscience principles. In the current volatile, uncertain, complex and ambiguous world my goal is to support you and your team to grow and find flow. Clients describe me as warm, caring and authentic, someone who believes in them, and blends compassion and challenge.

 

Credentials

  •  A highly experienced, accredited senior executive coach with thousands of hours in coaching and leadership development service delivery over fourteen years.  I work with individuals, teams and a broad range of leaders (including CEOs, Board Members, Executives, middle managers and teams) across multiple sectors.
  • My client base is diverse and spans small business start ups, not for profits like Breast Cancer Network Australia, the Marketing Academy, Community Service Organisations and the Canberra Glassworks, and Government organisations such as the Department of Education, Australian Crime Commission, Murray Darling Basin Authority, Defence, Australian Taxation Office and NSW Roads and Maritime Services.
  • Strong relationally as a coach and facilitator. My practice has been shaped by my career as a leader, influencer and senior manager (Commonwealth and State public sectors) and my early years as an adult educator, actor and director.  
  • Represented on several preferred provider panels, such as the Australian Public Service Commission, NSW Public Service Prequalification Scheme for Coaching and Learning and Development and agency-specific Learning and Development Panels. 
  • Committed to professional development and lifelong learning. I engage in coaching supervision, facilitation and leadership networks and continuing professional development.  
  • I collaborate and develop as an Associate of renowned organisations such as Macquarie Graduate School of Management and the Institute of Executive Coaching and Leadership, and as a member of the International Coaching Federation.
